We tested Vapestick’s standard starter kits that contain e-cigarettes of similar size to traditional cigarettes (minis), as well as their Max kit, which comes in the form of a pen. In all of their starter kits you get two batteries, two atomizers, a USB charger, a plug socket charger, 10 pre-filled cartridges, an instruction manual, a carry pouch and a UK legal disclaimer card.
The packaging is smart, black and very stylish. Screw together the atomizer, battery, cartridge and get ready to vape!
The Vapestick Max is a really cool product, it’s in the form of a larger “pen” type of e-smoke, so it has plenty of power to vape and last all day (even for 20+ a day smokers). On activation of the side button the cartridges produced a lot of vapour, had great throat hit and had a nice taste to it. I really liked the fact that it came with pre-filled cartridges, eliminating the problem of constantly re-filling the tank with e-juice yourself, which is normally the case with the larger pen style e-cigarettes, nice touch!
Verdict
Really cool! Batteries and carts’ both last a long time, the carts’ being pre-filled saved a lot of hassle and over the period of testing it behaved faultlessly, a brilliant buy!
Vapestick Standard kits certainly have the WOW factor as regards looks (we tested the chrome model and were very impressed). We received a variety pack of cartridges with varying strengths and different flavours. All of the flavours were nice and vapour produced was also pretty good. It’s a mini, so don’t expect a powerful throat hit like you’d get with the Max, but all in all it was absolutely fine for its size. Both the battery and cartridge lasted just over half a day, which was OK for its size. You can also purchase separately a conventional cigarette look carry case, which doubles as a charger. This in my opinion is a must if you’re not always near a power source.
